It is no more news that the 7th annual Jos Gospel Art & Music Awards JOGAMA, will hold by 2:30pm at Crest Hotel Jos, on the 26th day of November 2017.
In a bid to keep up with an array of competent hands who have anchored the event over the years, Clear Minds Entertainment, Organisers of the annual event have announced the delectable screen diva Jenifer Dafwat and one of Nigeria’s finest voice on Radio DNA aka Kas-k as compares for this years events.
Jenifer Dafwat is known for her dexterity in anchoring events across Nigeria and popular amongst her teeming fans as Host of internationally acclaimed TV show ‘1 Cubed Naija’.
Kas-k aka The radio active DNA is an OAP with Tin City FM Jos. You’ll recall he did a great Job co-hosting the 2016 edition alongside Del. Little wonder he’s back to help everyone get the vibe.
Two of the finest award winning artists, Gold Owen and Mfon Abigail have joined many other married couples in the industry.
Their wedding took place at the Plateau Hotel Rock garden, on Friday the 20th day of October 2017.
The event which was anchored by gospel comedian Praise dot com, featured a beautiful spoken word piece specially written and performed for the couple by one of Nigeria’s finest Spokenword act, Patience Andrew.
Jesusnative spotted many gospel artists and industry players who came to share in the couple’s joy. They include: Dareng CJ, Sekyen, Abeedebee, DNA, Jid-vocals, Willy Killy, Marphy, JD Luka, Prieat OG, Morgan Azi, Edge Golbador and many other.

CHAPTER 5 BENEFIT CONCERT Fast rising rock band Chapter 5 has over the years been known for their annual benefit concert. Each year, the band picks an orphanage which benefits from their benevolence of having fans, friends and family members donate food items, clothes and cash sums in a bid to better the lives of the Orphans. This year, Bege Ophanage will be the benefactor of these laudable cause. The event comes up on the 7th day of October at Bege Orphanage along Algadama road, Jos by 3pm. There’ll be live performances by chapter 5 and their friends including; Stage one, Doug Kaze, Nanret, Neken Chuwang, Philip Dopson, AB, Victor Words and a host of others. Organizers of the event have also announced Tin-city FM’s radioactive DNA as the event’s anchor. All attendees are expected to come along with food items, clothes or cash sums for the Orphans.
ACTS OF THE BRETHREN No, it is not a movie. It is the theme for this year’s annual post-interdenominational live worship communion. Unified 2017 is an annual event put together by Daniel Cirman and the Omni worship squad. Billed to minister at this year’s session are: Rev. John Sagai, Emma Yepwi, Jah Device, Jeremiah Coker, Rev. Kem Yarnap, J-Isreal, Mister Dan and many more. The event will also feature the release of Equality of Believers, a book by Daniel Cirman. Date: 8th October, 2017 Time: 3pm
Here’s the place to start your weekend, 2pm on Saturday the 23rd day of September, 2017, is the official Unveiling of award winning artist, Neken Chuwang.
The event which will be held at COCIN Abbatoir will feature Neken’s rendition of hit singles like ‘By my side’ and ‘Ungrateful’ among other songs to be contained in his 1st album.
Organizer of the event have announced that the first 20 people to turn up at the venue will go home with fabulous freebies. (Did i hear you say ‘yay! ?)

The Plateau State Authors’ Group has donated books to the inmates of the Jos Prison worth thousands of naira. A
The group was received by the Controller of Jos prison who was represented by Officer Kelvin Abuchi, he thanked the group for their kind gesture and promised to make judicial use of the books.
Addressing the prisoners before the Reading that preceded the presentation of the books on September 8, 2017. Chairman of the Group, Mr. Bizuum Yadok said the group was concerned about making life more exciting for the inmates.
He encouraged the prisoners to keep their hopes alive and take advantage of the books in order to get educated and entertained. Mr. Yadok said the literature books, with diverse themes, is aimed at charging their imagination about issues pertaining to life and help them reintegrate into the society after their prison terms.
He stated that the group would continue to visit them periodically and donate more books and prayed God to bless them.
The Reading was conducted by some of the authors present, including, Mr. Victor Panmak, Mr. Victor Meshach Jatau, Mr. Eric G. Pam and Mr. Bizuum Yadok.
Among the books donated were several copies of ‘Deeper in the Night’ and ‘Across the Gulf’ by Prof. Dul Johnson, ‘Silence of the gods’ by Victor Panmak, ‘Spoken Silence‘ ,‘A Diary of Treasures’ and ‘House on the Sand’ by Victor Meshach Jatau, ‘King of the Jungle’ and ‘Echoes of the Plateau’ by Bizuum Yadok, ‘Death of Absolute Truth’ by Yerima Zakari and ‘A Moral Landscape’ by Eric G. Pam.
Responding in their different remarks, the prisoners, visibly elated, praised the authors in emotion-laden voices for finding them worthy of the visit. They promised to make good use of the books and encouraged the authors to tell the world about the prison condition.

After about three years since his last EP released in 2014, popular Jos based Artist Dareng CJ has gone back to the studio to create new music. With a title which may seem a little outside the box to his fans, the single Bus Conductor will certainly win hearts and keep you dancing! This song is new in every way: the style, the delivery and the production. It was produced by TUC and mixed by Charles “Fisty” Udeh. Dareng is currently signed to Fisty World Entertainment alongside Cliton Chaze. According to Dareng, this single will be part of his forthcoming album, billed for release next year.
